This is not your average meeting icebreaker or team building exercise that can leave your group thinking, "That was a waste of time." This is the same professional training that our operatives use every day.
This event will amaze your staff, enthuse your workforce and deliver security awareness like never before.
ITF will train your employees in effective counter surveillance techniques incorporating defensive driving skills.
ITF will get your staff working like a close knit team.
We have put together the ultimate team building event. ITF trainers who are all either Ex Police or Ex Special Forces will take your team through classroom scenarios all backed up with role play activities.
We will teach you how to spot if you are under surveillance, what to do if you suspect that you are being followed, how to put someone else under surveillance. How to protect both you and your family with defensive driving techniques. You will get the same training as all ITF operatives undergo before going 'live in the field' as Close Protection Officers, the only difference is that our operatives also undergo another four months of training!
ITF Surveillance and Close Protection courses/events cover either 1,2,3 or 5 days.
Just to give you a taste of what is in store, please find below the schedule for day one from our 3 day event
DAY 1
9.00am Start with introductions and course aims. (This would include the team members introducing themselves, their company and a brief statement of what they hope to achieve from the course/event.)
10.00am Situation Awareness. ( A understanding of what situation awareness is all about followed by role play in an open environment to get the team to understand just how much they do not notice when taking a 10 min walk through a busy, in this case, hotel/casino.
11.00am A re-run of the above walk through. ( This is to show how after only a brief training on situation awareness how much more the team will notice when conducting a 10min walk through following a different route.)
11.30am Break for coffee, refreshments etc.
11.45am Role play on foot surveillance. ( The team, which will have been split into small groups, will be given a target to follow for 30 Min's. We require a report on where the subject went, who he/she talked to, the route taken and any other noticeable event that took place whilst the subject was under surveillance. Please note that the subject will be one of our operatives who will be compliant and not try to deliberately lose the tracking team!)
12.30am Report writing by the team.
1.00pm Lunch.
2.00pm Role Play on foot surveillance.
( This time the team will be following one of our operatives who will be non compliant. This is really fun as the team will have normally lost the target within 5 Min's and have to return to the classroom and explain what went wrong!
2.30pm Discussion on above. (This is to highlight that if you take defensive surveillance it is very hard to follow somebody without being noticed.)
3.15pm Coffee Break
3.30pm The basics of defensive surveillance. ( This teaches the basics of defensive surveillance, how to know if you are being followed, what are the key signs, avoidance techniques and other defensive surveillance maneuvers.)
4.00pm Role Play foot surveillance. (Put into place what you have been taught and follow a non compliant target, can you last 30 mins before being spotted?)
4.30pm Discussion on above
5.00pm End of Day one.
