ITF LLC part of the ITF Group has developed a unique Advance Surveillance Team Building Course which instructs course participants in the methodology of gathering information and evidence in a rural and urban environment by covert means.

This course is delivered over four (4) full days and has been attended by

representatives of numerous national and international companies with outstanding

results being obtained.

Some Investigation training companies offer courses which require the participants to

engage in repetitive and sometimes pointless exercises which do not fully explore the

capabilities of each team member and after a short time the training becomes quite

These are not "theory based" workshops. Participants carry out various forms of

physical surveillance under realistic scenario conditions with one-on-one guidance

from some of the UK’s most highly trained surveillance investigators.

The workshops include a number of major exercises in a realistic environment where

participants are required to assess situations, conduct briefings, manage team

members, formulate plans and then put those plans into action.

3. Equipment

The actioning of these plans can include the use of two way radio equipment

(portable and mobile) vehicles, aerial observations (weather permitting) and

use of covert optical recording equipment.

ITF utilises state of the art equipment including covert communication radios.

Course participants are able to clearly see the results of their efforts over the four

days of the workshop duration.

During the course, participants utilise state of the art wireless communication

systems and are taught the techniques of gathering information covertly and anti surveillance methods.
